Situated between the Surrey towns of Esher and Leatherhead, Oxshott is one of the most iconic residential locations in the country.

The Village is surrounded by Green Belt, woodland and farmland, whilst being just seventeen miles from Hyde Park Corner via the A3. Oxshott Heath is an area of approximately 200 acres with numerous paths and tracks for walking, cycling and riding, guaranteeing that every excursion offers a change of scenery. Princes Coverts extends to almost 900 acres of Crown Estate Forestry providing a peaceful setting and a haven for wildlife.

In 1877 Oxshott was a hamlet of just twenty nine cottages and today, whilst it is home to some of the most exclusive properties in Surrey and a number of high profile celebrities, it still retains a sociable, village atmosphere.


Oxshott is very well placed for easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports and the motorway network via the M25 (London Orbital) at Junctions 9 or 10. It is situated approximately 17 miles from Central London via the A3. Oxshott station provides a direct service to Guildford and London Waterloo.


There are some excellent schools in the area, including Danes Hill, The Royal Kent, Parkside, Notre Dame, Cobham Free School, Claremont Fan Court, Reeds, Feltonfleet and the ACS Cobham International School.
